2024 Annual Review

The year 2024 was marked by unprecedented growth and community engagement. We successfully refurbished over 500 bicycles and distributed them to individuals in need across Ames. This achievement would not have been possible without our dedicated team of 150+ volunteers who logged a combined total of 4,000 hours in the shop.

Additionally, we partnered with three new local organizations to expand our outreach and ensure our resources are reaching those who need them most. We hosted six mobile repair clinics in underserved neighborhoods, providing free maintenance and safety checks to over 200 cyclists.

Looking ahead to 2025, we plan to expand our youth mechanic program and secure a larger warehouse space to accommodate our growing inventory and volunteer base.
